When I started as App Design Lead in 2018, there were no systems in place for Vivino design, but instead a medley of PSD files and PDF exports 😱. Never shy to a challenge, I quickly set about documenting and dissecting what was already in place, and driving incremental change with each release.
Over the years my responsibilities grew and in my role as Director of Design at Vivino, I oversaw strategy and vision for the whole design team. This included high-level discovery as well as hands-on delivery, coaching my team and advocating for design across the organisation.
